Terms and Conditions for Pathway to Freedom: Journey to Financial Wellness Event

Event Details:

• Date: 28th September
• Time: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Parcel Yard, Kings Cross

Ticket Purchase and Payment:

1. All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Ticket Transfer Policy:

1. Ticket transfers are permitted if you are unable to attend the event.
2. To transfer your ticket, you must notify the event host, Sarah McCalden, by email at [email protected] at least 48 hours before the event.
3. The new attendee must provide their name, email address, and contact number at the time of the transfer request.

VIP Ticket and Networking Dinner:

1. VIP tickets include access to an exclusive networking dinner.
2. If you have purchased a standard ticket and wish to upgrade to a VIP ticket, you must contact Sarah McCalden at [email protected] to request an upgrade.
3. VIP upgrades are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the event.

Event Changes and Cancellation:

1. McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary.
2. In the unlikely event of cancellation by McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd, attendees will be notified as soon as possible.

Liability:

1. McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
2. Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
3. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements: Attendees are required to inform Sarah McCalden of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 72 hours before the event. McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in provided food. Attendees with severe allergies are encouraged to take necessary precautions.

2. Any personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for event administration and communication purposes.

2. McCalden Worrell Industries Ltd reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
