My approach is shaped by years of study and practice in personal development and decision-making, including training with Bob Proctor and Jack Canfield, and my work as one of Jack Canfield’s trainers. That foundation influences how I lead this room: with structure, clear standards and a focus on sustained behavioural change that supports long-term business growth, not short bursts of motivation that fade within weeks.
This is a room where you are expected to move forward, even when it stretches you. Support exists here, and so does accountability. Growth is intentional, not accidental.
