Currently we are reading and implementing what we learn in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey.
Covering the whole book, a small section at a time, all reading is done during the session. We will read for between 20 and 30 minutes and then have a powerful discussion afterwards using carefully curated questions as a guide.
Accountability is part and parcel of the book club, (if you want it). It comes in the form of a Telegram group and an accountability sheet that you fill out on a weekly basis, so that you're not just reading and thinking about the book - you're actually taking action towards your goals too, getting you to where you want to be, faster.

The way this is structured makes reading a book so much more powerful than reading alone. Sarah has selected powerful books, and creates a relaxed and safe atmosphere, promoting open conversation, and a deeper appreciation of the book.
I feel hugely inspired after each session and it's already showed in my work and personal life.
