About
ABOUT SARAH MCCALDEN
From chasing £10 notes to building financial leadership.
There was a time when every decision I made revolved around finding enough money for my next hit. I know what it’s like to feel trapped, powerless and defined by circumstance.
When I got clean in my late twenties, I rebuilt everything — not just my finances, but my standards, my self-worth and my vision for what was possible.
That rebuilding became my life’s work.
Today, money no longer controls me.
I’ve run marathons and ultras, built a business, multiplied my income and created financial stability that supports every part of my life.
That transformation taught me something most financial advice ignores:
Income doesn’t change until identity does.
Why I Do This Work
I meet women every day who are brilliant at what they do and already earning — yet their income remains inconsistent. One month is strong. The next is unpredictable. Over time, that instability becomes exhausting.
They have tried improving their systems. They have tried working on mindset. They have tried pushing for higher revenue. But income inconsistency rarely changes through effort alone. It changes when the financial identity driving behaviour changes.
My work focuses on helping ambitious self-employed women build the internal standard required for predictable £5K+ profit months. By shifting the identity beneath the income — the patterns shaping pricing, decision-making, tolerance and discipline — profit becomes steadier, confidence strengthens, and being properly paid stops feeling uncertain.
What I’ve Built
Over the past eight years, I’ve built programmes, workshops and communities designed to help ambitious self-employed women move from income inconsistency to predictable profit.
My work integrates structured financial education with identity-level transformation. I have trained extensively in personal development and success principles, including advanced study with Bob Proctor and certification through Jack Canfield’s Success Principles training. That foundation shaped how I understand results: income does not rise sustainably until identity does.
Alongside this, I incorporate frameworks such as the Sacred Money Archetypes®, which reveal the behavioural and emotional patterns influencing financial decisions and earning capacity.
My work is informed by behavioural finance research, including a 2025 partnership with Newcastle University exploring how women interpret risk, make financial decisions and build long-term financial stability. The insights from that research remain embedded in the structure and delivery of my programmes today.
I combine this psychological depth, research insight and practical financial strategy into a structured approach designed to build consistent £5K+ profit months that hold.
How we can work together
There are a number of ways to get started, depending on how much support you’re looking for and the type of experience you want:
Empowered Money Club – a supportive membership community with direct access to me through live sessions, resources, and accountability.
Retreats and Workshops – immersive experiences, both online and in person, to step away from day-to-day life and create powerful shifts..
Private Financial Identity Mentorship - a six month, high-touch container for women who want deep financial and personal transformation.
My Ethical Approach
Money work is personal. It affects identity, emotion and self-worth. My practice follows trauma-informed and ethical principles.
You are never pushed beyond readiness.
You are treated as capable and self-directed.
Boundaries are clear — I provide education and behavioural guidance, not regulated financial advice or therapy.
Financial leadership requires both strength and safety. I take both seriously.
